About Hilda May Events

We are an event planning and production studio. We lead concept, design, logistics, and on-site execution for weddings, corporate programs, and private celebrations. Catering is delivered by our culinary partners, with menus tailored to the brief.

Our name honors our founder’s great-grandmother, Hilda May—whose standards of generosity, elegance, and resolve shape how we work.
